Draft version of Strategic Development Plan

May 2010

Information and analysis about this draft plan.     Informasaun no analiza kona-ba planu ida ne'e.

As of mid-May 2010, the Government has not yet released the text of the Strategic Development Plan. However, La'o Hamutuk has obtained the English text on paper, and a photocopy has been scanned to produce the files on this page.  We have separately scanned some of the graphics in the plan which are difficult to understand in black-and-white, which are linked to from the small images below.

We hope that people will read and analyze this document carefully. Although it will be revised before it is finalized and presented to Parliament, we believe that it is a good indication of the current state of the Government's ideas and intentions, and hope that people will use this draft as a basis for analysis and submissions, formal and informal, to the Prime Minister and Parliament as the plan moves toward completion.

The final version of this Plan, significantly revised, was submitted to and approved by Parliament in July 2011.
